Style Files: Thandie Newton in London

Thandie Newton is one of my favorite black stylistas. She opts for classic, sophisticated styles but always manages to steal the show. Except, this monochromatic outfit is leaving me a little cold.

Style Files: Kimora Lee Does Office Chic

We all know that Kimora Lee, model turned mogul, has incredible style. But I'm loving this semi-conservative look.

Perfect for the black stylistas who spend their days in an office. You don't have to sacrifice your style for your paycheck.

Despite the fact that we've seen a version of this dress many time before, Melanie Fiona looked stunning at this year's Grammy Awards.

The budding r&b star channeled Old Hollywood glamour in this one-shoulder gown.

I'm a fan of Nicki Minaj. I'm also a fan of leggings. But Nicki was spotted outside of The Late Show w/ David Letterman looking a little too "pre-teen" for my tastes.

Not only was she rocking the green leggings, but the stuffed animal and tacky Louis Vuitton bag are not a good combination for any 25 year old woman.

Sometimes I prefer Rihanna's casual style to what she wears on the red carpet. Rihanna's sailor cap and leather bomber jacket are super cute.

Style Files: Beyonce Launches Heat at Macy's

I've heard mixed reviews on this navy blue minidress Beyonce wore to the Macy's launch of her new fragrance, but I kind of love it. Unlike the tacky 80's prom dress that she wore to the official luanch party, this dress is sophisticated and subdued.

Style Files: Melyssa Ford is Red Hot

Melyssa Ford turned the sex appeal all the way up in this red strapless dress. The former videogirl looked incredible in the skintight satin pencil dress.

Melyssa's become quite a chameleon lately. I never know if she's going to hit the red carpet looking sophisticated and demure or seductive and sexy.
